개막식 사회자가 행사를 하루 앞두고 변경됐다. 조재현과 함께 사회를 맡을 예정이었던 이보영이 드라마 <야수와 미녀> 해외 촬영 일정으로 참석이 불가능해지면서, 현영이 새로운 사회자로 나섰다. 한편 오는 5월5일 열리는 폐막식은 정찬, 김지우의 사회로 진행된다. 김지우는 <동갑내기 과외하기>에서 권상우를 좋아하는 날라리 여고생으로 데뷔한 뒤 <베스트 극장> 등에 출연한 신인이다. 정찬은 2004년 전주영화제 폐막작 <가능한 변화들>의 주연으로 폐막식 사회자를 겸했으며, 올해는 인권영화프로젝트 <세번째 시선>의 GV(게스트와의 만남) 모더레이터로도 참석한다.

Opening Ceremony Emcee to Hyun Young

Due to Lee Bo-young's drama shooting schedule abroad, Hyun Young replaced the female emcee at the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony will be held on 7 p.m. on 27th at Sori Arts Center of Jeonlabuk-do, and the closing ceremoney will be hosted by Jung Chan and Kim Ji-woo. Kim Ji-woo is a new face actress debuted from <My Tutor Friend>. Jung Chan is tje main character in <Possible Changes> and will be taking part as moderator for this year's Human Rights Film Project, <If You Were Me 3>.
