본격적인 상영이 시작된 5월2일 오후 8시 현재, 현장판매분까지 매진된 영화는 <소설> <벨라 타르 단편> <알렉산더 클루게 단편> <한국 단편의 선택 1,4,5> <기담> <발라스트> 등 20편이다. 지난해 영화제 2일차인 4월27일의 매진작은 17편이었다. 매진된 영화라 할지라도 교환·환불표의 현장 구매가 이뤄질 수도 있고, JIFF 서포터즈의 경우 상영 직전 입석으로 선착순 입장이 가능하다.

Jeonju and Eurasian Film Fest Reach New Deal

On May 2, JIFF signed a MOU with International Eurasian Film Festival at the press conference held at Ssamzi, 2nd floor. Chief festival organizer Song Ha-jin, festival director Min byung-lock, art director of Eurasian fest Gulnara Abikeyeva was present. The Eurasian fest has built a close relationship with JIFF by inviting Korean films like "Don't Look Back" and holding a retrospective on Kim Ki-duk. It also appointed JIFF director Min as a jury for NETPAC award. Two film fests agreed to further their relationship by sharing program proposals and inviting festival authorities.
